Listing terms

These terms apply to plumbers who claim a listing on MyLocalPlumbers.uk and pay for a Verified or Featured listing. You are buying as a business, not as a consumer. Claiming needs your Gas Safe registration number, a code we email you, and a sign-in email address at the website on your listing.

Verified listing: £19.99, paid once. Featured profile: £39.99, paid once. The price is shown before you pay, and Stripe takes the payment by card.

Listing fees are one-time. There is no renewal and no subscription, and we never charge you again for the same listing. Listing fees are non-refundable once paid.

Paying changes your badge and the fields on your profile. It never changes your position in the ranked list. Your listing stays up while your business remains on the Gas Safe register; if the register shows it as lapsed or removed, the listing is hidden and the fee is not refunded.

If something is wrong with a payment, email [email protected] first and we will look into it. If you dispute a payment with your card issuer, we answer the dispute with the payment record and these terms.

Your business name, address and register details come from the register (or, for a firm we added ourselves, from the public trade directory we found it in) and cannot be edited; email us if they are wrong. Reviews follow our review policy. Enquiries sent from your profile go to you alone.

When you add text, a logo or photos to your listing, you keep ownership of them. You give Property Architecture Ltd, which runs mylocalplumbers.uk, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, copy, resize and crop them on mylocalplumbers.uk and in its search results, link previews and social-media previews, for as long as your listing is live and for up to 30 days after you remove them while copies clear from caches. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it is accurate and lawful. We may moderate what you add: we can edit it for length or format, refuse it, or remove it if it breaks these terms or the law, and if you ask we will tell you why. Ask us to remove any of your content by emailing [email protected]; we will remove it within 5 working days.
