Free for customers, always. A plumber pays once for a listing: Verified or Featured. There is no subscription and no charge per enquiry.
Already on the site? A listing imported from the register stays up as a plain entry. Claiming it means choosing one of these two plans. You see the price before you pay, you pay once at checkout, and fees are non-refundable.

- A share of the labelled Featured pins on the homepage map, if your town is on the map: up to four of the eight pins, shared in turn each day among Featured profiles, so how often yours shows depends on how many there are

- Never moves you up the ranked list
What paying does not buy
- A higher place in the ranked list. That list is ordered by verified reviews, then distance, for everyone. A featured profile gets photos, a logo, its logo on any map pin it holds and a share of the labelled Featured spots on the homepage map, never a higher position in the list.
- Reviews. Only verified customers can leave one, and a paid listing cannot hide or edit them.
- Leads. An enquiry goes to the one plumber the customer chooses and to no other firm. We never sell it.

Questions plumbers ask
Is there a monthly fee or a renewal?
No. A verified listing is £19.99 and a featured profile is £39.99, each paid once. There is no subscription, no renewal date and nothing taken from your card later.
Can I move from Verified to Featured later?
Yes. From your dashboard you pay only the difference, £20, once. Paying never changes where you rank in the list.
Do you charge per lead or per enquiry?
No. Enquiries from customers go straight to your inbox at no extra cost, however many you get. We never sell the same enquiry to several firms; each one goes to the plumber the customer chose and to no other firm.
Will a featured profile put me higher in search results?
No. The ranked list is ordered by verified customer review score, then distance, whatever you pay. A featured profile adds photos, your logo and a share of the labelled Featured pins on the homepage map (up to four of eight, shared in turn each day). The way to move up is to do good work and ask your customers to review you; you may not pay or offer discounts for reviews.
Can I get a refund?
No. Both listings are non-refundable, and we say so before you pay. If something about a payment looks wrong, email us and we will look into it.
How do I claim my listing?
Search for your business by name or Gas Safe registration number on the claim page (mylocalplumbers.uk/register). We check the number against the register record, email you a code, then check straight away that the address you signed in with is at your business's website. That stops anyone else claiming your business, and nothing is posted. Your profile then shows as Verified once you pay the one-time £19.99 Verified fee.
